A dazzling title song for Endhiran

Shankar’s movies are meant for grandeur songs with spectacular special effects mixed at a right proportion. From his debut film, Shankar ensures that songs in movie stands alone from the rest and also become hit.

Just guess what would be the result when Superstar Rajini and Maestro Rahman joins with him?

Sify.com says that a magnificent title song is going to be shot at Hyderabad soon. (Sify means Title song here in the sense – the title of the movie “Endhiran” would be the first word in the song. I think it may be Endhiranae, Endhiranae…)

Endhiran – Expensive title song to be shot

A song rumoured to be the title song for Rajinikanth’s Shankar directed Endhiran will be shot at Hyderabad. The song is a typical Shankar song where heroine Aishwarya Rai is shown showering her love on the hero Rajinikanth.

Remember the Vaaji, Vaaji, title song shot on Rajini and Shriya in Sivaji, showing the superstar’s heroism? The song was picturised with all Shankar trademarks of splendor, glamour and glitz with Madhusree singing to A.R Rahman’s tune.

Something similar in style with more richness and grandeur is being planned by the “showman of south cinema” Shankar on Rajinikanth and Aishwarya Rai for Endhiran accompanied by nearly 1000 junior artists, all of them wearing silver colored ‘Robo’ costumes. This song which was recorded recently by A.R Rahman was also sung by Madhusri.

It will be one of the most expensive songs in Kollywood, as the Robo costumes with thongs worn by the group dancers is said to be very expensive. It will be shot on a set created by art director Sabu Cyril in a Hyderabad studio, and will be a major highlight of the film.

   Biggest worry in shankar directing film is too much money lavishingly he spends on songs which is not worth spending rather he should spend the money for lifting his story line . Look mani rathnam who picturises songs in natural location its always great to watch.
   Shankar uese the technology only on songs which is not worth. so shankar think about producers and spend the money accordingly.

   Whether he spends lavishly or not doesn’t matter. Look the final product. It speaks. So, don’t try to criticise Shankar. My only complaint on Shankar will be: too much time he takes to complete a movie. I think a time span of one year would be more than enough for any grand movie.

   Whether recession hits Robot or not, Robot will certainly help the film industry turn around from recession.

   Whether it is Shankar or Mani Ratnam, both their song picturisations will be good to watch – by and large. However, Shankar scores over Mani in the BO stakes, as all his movies have given very good returns to producers/distis/theatres compared to Mani, whose movies are, at best & that too at Multiplexes alone, are average grossers.

   So, in business, which is what movie making is, all is well as long as it gives returns well.

   Dont compare Mani and shankar..

   Both r alwayz givin good movies…..

   Mani’s product cost will be 20 Cr and gross will be 40 Cr
   Shankar’s product cost will be 100 Cr and gross wil b 200-250 Cr

    Shankar Thalaivar padathuku ivalavu selavu panna vendiyathillai. Small budget of thalaivar films run good. This is just my opinion.

    As you said, sometimes sify provide good and informative news.

    But Gapsawoods is the only site sustaining without any field work or hard work. They simply steal news from newspapers and other websites and publish as if their content. Whenever i come to know any news from gapsawoods, it will be a news which i already read somewhere. Also it is the source of negative news about rajini.

    When compared to the huge money spent on Vaaji Vaaji and Sahana songs, the song ADHIRADIKARAN came out well with Shankar’s touch is what i feel.

    Adhiradikkaaran too was a costliest song. With lots of CG involved and also set erection similar to Venice ate up much money.
